Ready To Bake Cookie Ice Cream Cookie
1 hour freezing time required
Directions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC and place 5 frozen cookies onto an oven tray lined with baking paper.
Step 2
Bake for 12-15 minutes, allow to cool on tray for 5 minutes before transferring the cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Step 3
Scoop 2 heaped tablespoons of ice cream (60g) onto 5 of the cookies and top each one with another cookie.
Step 4
Once cooled, break the cookies up into bite size pieces.
Step 5
Mix the broken cookie pieces into the slightly softened ice cream then refreeze for a minimum of 1 hour and serve.
Tips
- Get creative with each of the McKenzie’s Cookie flavours and try making other variants such as mint choc chip, triple choc fudge and caramel crunch.

- 500g ice cream of choice, slightly softened
