Lemon Cordial
Delicious to drink on a hot summers day.
Directions
Step 1
Bring water to boil and add sugar. Dissolve sugar stirring thoroughly.
Step 2
Add lemon juice, tartaric acid, citric acid and cream of tartar, stirring until completely dissolved.
Step 3
Dilute cordial to taste and garnish with fresh mint, ice and sliced lemons.

- 4 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1 tsp McKenzie's Tartaric Acid
- 1 tsp McKenzie's Citric Acid
- 1 tsp McKenzie's Cream of Tartar
- Garnish with fresh mint, crushed ice and sliced lemon
