In a small mixing bowl, stir together bananas, milk and maple syrup. Beat in the eggs.
In a separate bowl combine all the dry ingredients, form a well in the centre and add the wet ingredients. Mix gently until combined, do not over mix.
Let the batter sit for 10 minutes, you can add a little more milk if you find the batter becomes too thick.
Heat a non-stick frying pan, lightly grease with butter or oil. Once hot, pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the frying pan and cook for approx. 3 minutes, until bubbles start to form around the edges. Flip and cook for another 90 seconds or until golden.
Serve warm with your favourite condiments.
