Tips & Uses

  • Great as a lemon substitute in recipes. 1/4 tsp of Citric Acid is equivalent to 1tbs of lemon juice.
  • Adds an extra sharp flavour to syrups and beverages.
  • To descale your kettle, add 25g (approx. 2tbs) of Citric Acid to 1 litre of water. Boil, leave and stand for 15 minutes. Discard water and rinse.
